We make the ordering process simple and efficient. When you confirm your order online, a customer service team member will contact you by phone, M-F, 8-5, Mountain Standard Time (MST). Your order will then be put into production, and you will receive a proof by email. Your response within 24 hours will help expedite production. Upon your approval, items will be produced to your specifications, and your products will be sent via UPS Ground, unless otherwise specified. When shipped, your order history will contain a package tracking number. Next, you will receive a delivery notification.
